How To Avoid Becoming Ill?

The World Health Organization and the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend some precautions that help to avoid COVID-19. They are:

  • Avoid contact with people who are affected with the disease or those who are showing the symptoms.
  • Avoid mass gatherings and large events
  • If the disease is spreading in your community, keep a safe distance from others.
  • Clean your hands regularly with soap and water for about 20 seconds.

  • If your hands are not clean, avoid touching your mouth, eyes, and nose.
